A thorough Pre-Production Analysis is essential to ensure parts will meet specification and necessary performance requirements.  We review 3D Models and Prints with our staff engineers, quality, production and inspection teams.  Details matter and getting things done right, the first time is our motto.  We will help your team evaluate material selection, part design, gating locations, best tooling options from cavitation to cold/hot-runner selection, Mold-Flow analysis, FEA testing when necessary and anything else required to get your parts delivered perfectly.


Partner selection is critical, which is why we are partnered (contracted) with World-Class Manufacturer's both domestically & abroad in specialized manufacturing processes.  Our Manufacturer's are certified from ISO9001, ISO13485/14001/22301, ITAR, AS9100, TUV, Cleanroom (Class 7/8/RNA free) and FDA Compliant to support your specific needs.  The right alignment will provide you with the highest quality parts, utilizing the latest advances in materials, techniques and equipment to best suit your specific part & sub-assembly needs.


Inspections & Quality go hand-in-hand and are imperative to providing our customers with perfect parts.  Thorough & sophisticated inspections keep timelines on track, our customer's final assembly running smoothly and most importantly, products in the field functioning as they were intended to for the lifespan the were designed for.  Quality begins prior to production and is embedded throughout our process.  From Pre-Production Analysis (PPA) to First Article Inspection (FAI) to our Production Part Approval Process (PPAP).  Statistical Process Control data is utilized and available as we are entirely "Data Driven", as are Material and Cleanroom Certifications.  For reasons such as this, we continue to be recognized as a Top Tier Supplier to our customers.


At PPM, we understand the value of managing our customer's inventory.  We offer a variety of custom tailored programs to suit the needs of our customers.  Offering Kanban (JIT), Ship-to-stock programs, we are able to meet the growing demand of companies ever present desire to run "lean".  Our ability to sit on 1-3 months of inventory allows us to react to demand spikes, free-up space at our customer's facilities and take dollars in inventory off our customer's books.  We work to balance the demand of our customers with the capacity of our manufacturing.
